UAE ACADEMY FIRST OFFICIAL SQ PARTNER ACADEMY
Terry Griffiths OBE is very pleased to announce the first ever official SQ Snooker Partner Academy. Mohamed Shehab's UAE CueSports Academy in Abu Dhabi is a world-class training location. The CueSports Academy boasts 8 Riley Aristocrat tables, all with cameras recording every shot played. The Academy also has two SQ Accredited Coaches available (Mohamed Shehab and Philip Crizzle) to support your SQ training and testing needs and this will give you access to everything you need to take your game to the next level.
The goals for the UAE CueSports Academy are as follows:
- To build a new generation of U21 players for the region
- To have the first lady ranked in the world top 20 from the region
- To improve the overall playing standard of UAE players
- Inject new concepts of snooker training in our daily snooker practice
- Become a regional centre for training and testing of SQ players and coaches
- To involve more disabled players in snooker
